Women across Derby and Derbyshire are being asked to give their views and help contribute towards improved health services.
Joined Up Care Derbyshire is working in partnership with Community Action Derby and Links CVS to learn more about women’s health.
They want to know:
- What women know about women’s health issues.
- Women's experiences with health services around women's health.
- How women prefer to access health services and get information.
- How women prefer to communicate about their health issues and available health services
The survey takes around 5 minutes to complete. Feedback from the survey will be collated into a report.
