Waiting Well Carer Support Worker - 25 hours a week
Thanks to the kindness of our fundraisers and their generous supporters, we are delighted to introduce this much needed role within our Young Carers Team. This role is funded fully by the donations that our Young and Young Adult Carers Service received this year. This includes:

Every penny raised at Derbyshire Carers Association is spent on our support services.
£24,011 to £25,741 per annum pro rata. Fixed term for one year.

Acceleration Reform Fund – Hospital Discharge Project
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic person to raise the profile of all age Carers to ensure that their needs are recognised and they feel supported in their caring role. The role will entail working closely with various hospital teams, including discharge teams and existing Carers Champions to improve all age carer support and the identification of Carers within hospitals.
£24,011 to £25,741 per annum pro rata. Fixed term until 31st August 2026
